1) Emperor Norton 9.0% ABV
Imperial Belgian-Style IPA - It blends a classic Belgian-style tripel with California-grown summer apricots and dry-hopped generously with Citra and Hallertau Blanc hops. Enjoy in the company of unconventional friends!

2) Lavender Honey de Brettaville 6.5% ABV
This golden brett beer captures the flavors of spring. Layered with hand-picked lavender grown at Eatwell Farms in Dixon, California and aromatic wildflower honey together with oak-fermented brettanomyces blonde base beer to create this funky, floral delight. Serve with rosemary rack of lamb, ripe Taleggio cheese and roasted pear with vanilla ice cream and honey.

3) Vanilla Cherry Dogpatch 7.5% ABV
This takes everything you love about regular Dogpatch Sour and turns it up to 11. To the base red sour ale a ridiculous amount of Bing, Rainier and Montmorency Cherries was added in each barrel for a juicy, intense cherry flavor that exudes summer. Then were added in whole Madagascar vanilla beans, building on oak’s natural vanilla flavor. Pair this summer sipper with game bird, fruit sauces and still-warm pie.

4) Farmer’s Reserve Citrus 7% ABV
Citrus and beer have made a great pair ever since the first lemon wedge was added to a frosty wheat beer. Melding a sour blond ale with the intensely aromatic zest of Buddha’s Hand citrons and the bracing tartness of Yuzu and Blood Oranges from Hamada Farms. Pair harmoniously with sushi or flakey white fish or contrast with earthy roasted root vegetables.

5) Barbary Barrel Noir 10.2% ABV
The second release in Almanac's Barrel Noir series blends Woodford Reserve barrel-aged imperial milk stout with chili peppers, cocoa nibs, vanilla and sea salt, drawing inspiration from the creative cauldron that was San Francisco’s notorious Barbary Coast. This decadent stout balances sweetness with heat and rounds out with the perfect kiss of oaky-Bourbon. Pair with mole poblano, dry-rubbed pork or rich chocolate mousse.

6) Cold Brew Coffee Barrel Noir 10.3% ABV
The first in Almanac's new Barrel Noir Series, Cold Brew Coffee Barrel Noir combines three favorite things: coffee, bourbon and beer. It starts by aging an imperial stout in Woodford Reserve bourbon barrels for 18 months, allowing it to mature and develop bourbon notes and oak’s natural vanilla aromas. Next, it's steeped with vanilla beans and Sightglass Coffee’s Banner and Finca beans to create a “cold brewed” coffee stout. The result is a rich and velvety coffee bomb. Pair with french toast, brisket, or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
